25 Back Extensions
This is a fairly short WOD, so I think we can do it consecutively. Also, I can work on HSPUs first (mentioned below) and then come do it last if necessary. Kathy - my recommendation is that you modify this WOD to be 10 minutes AMRAP since you're still relatively new to GHD sit-ups.
Then spin or whatever you choose. I'll probably either work on HSPUs or do some interval running (perhaps both).

So, because of my silly back injury I'm STILL nursing, I modified. I did 2 full rounds of Rachel, then 10 GHDs and 25 more back ext. and called it good. Or painful. Or at least done. =) 9:40ish.
Before Rachel ran 2.5.
After Rachel did about 20 ellipticalling with Kathy.
I did a 10 min. AMRAP(look at me using the lingo)and fit in three rounds plus 26 sit ups. Then ellipticalling with ki.
