As the rowers are immediately next to the treadmills, going all the way into the gym to do burpees would be plain silly. We are not silly.* Also, we'll have to stagger our starts (since NP only has 2 rowers), but I think it should work out. If a rower is in use and you need it, just do the next part of the WOD and come back to it as soon as the rower is available. Or sub with 1,000 double-unders. Kidding.
Afterward would be an excellent time to practice a skill/movement that needs improving. I'm going with get-ups.

First of all, I was hallucinating I think at this point (in the picture) b/c it was SO FREAKIN COLD and I had decided I didn't neeeeeed pants...sheesh. So the smile is probably related to that.
Today's time was 20:58.
Then 2.5 very very very slow miles.
