"Murph-ish" It would be "Murph" but I had to alter it for my arm. Last time I did this as prescribed (5/10, 47 minutes). This time, I did: Run 1 mile, 100 inverted burpees, 200 dips, 300 squats, run 1 mile. It was freakin COLD running. I didn't want to wear running tights b/c it would be miserable for the middle part. My time today was 58:49, which is fine. I wanted to be under an hour. The inverted burpees took for...evvvv...errrr.

Need to work on push-ups. Had to go from 10 rounds of 6-12-18 to 10 rounds of 4-8-12 (actually broke up the 10th round of push-ups into 7 and 5). Everything else was fine, but even the 8 reps of push-ups were broken up into 5 reps and 3 reps.
