Also, I'm experimenting with how the commenting form shows up - any preferences? It seems the old pop-up window might be best. Something is kind of weird during the log-in process in the current system - if I'm not already logged in, I can write the commment, but there is not place to log in. Thus the blog won't accept my comment until I log in. Did this happen to you?
I did, however, take off the word verification part.
Ran my 5 miles on a treadmill instead of the race. It was very cold this morning. It was very smart to do this on the treadmill. =) I ran it in 50:53, which is faster than last time (last Friday) at 53:20. Woot!

Does like 1:00 work for this then?
Yes, but on Sunday. I'll change the blog at some point to reflect that.

It was weird my first comment today, it just asked me which kind of comment I wanted to leave. I said Google and poof, it worked.
I appreciate the lack of code word thingers. Less stress. =)

35 min time trial on the treadmill: 5.06 miles. This was posted as the CFE WOD a few days ago.
Also, nice job Kiley on that run - that's a big chunk of time to shave off your last run.
Lastly, I talked to Jane, and she ran 5 miles too (on the treadmill), so although we didn't run the race, we did all run the distance.
