Not "showing good squat depth", we, Mom Megs and I, did a scaled Murph this morning * 3 rds of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups (10 incline and 10 wall) and 30 squats. * good news was that 10 pull-ups were done straight thru 3 times with no rests
It's been brought to my attention that A) I sweat a lot and B) if you click on the picture you can see my lovely attitude about squats written on the board behind me. =)
