Not great, but improved over last time a bit. Then I did:

7 x 1 Pull-ups:
45 x 1
70 x 1
80 x 1

I need to do those more often. Haven't done weighted pull-ups since July and it showed.

Wow. 75, 85, 95, 105, 110. Then ellipticalled for 40.
