Complete four rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
15 Handstand Push-ups
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents
The rope climb had to be changed since we don't have an available rope to climb. While I vary a bit on rope climb subs, I think 10 pull-ups per ascent is a fair sub. It may not be quite the same in terms of vertical distance traveled (although it's probably close), but pull-ups don't have the advantage of using one's legs either.

Had to row 400m during the 2nd round as all the treadmills were busy. HSPUs were modified with some 5# plates.
I will update time later, but it was around 25 minutes, maybe a little less. I did 4 X 400m run with 50 air squats after each 400m.
Then spin.
Then ran my second mile of the day which took me about 10:11.
Nice work on the 2nd mile. Also, I did not spin.
Mom and I did this one on Friday, 1/9. Mom finished sooner since she can actually run. I think my total time was 43 min. and we subbed lat pull downs for pull-ups and overhead presses for HSPUs. No spin.
