"Jumping Helen"

Credit for this WOD goes to CrossFit Rockford - this is a slightly modified version as theirs uses 50 double unders instead of 100. Mom and I did "Jumping Helen" this morning, and I found that this version takes about the same amount of time as the regular "Helen."
1 pood = 35#
1.5 pood = 55#
A little more information on the pood: 1 pood = 16 kg, 1.5 pood = 24 kg, and 2 pood = 32 kg. The equivalents (approximately) in pounds are 35#, 55#, and 70#, respectively.
