A couple thoughts on this WOD:

1. I was upside down 125 times yesterday (Wed, 11/12). I think that's a first.

2. It took a long time.

3. Both inverted burpees and regular burpees involve a very deep squatting position. My right knee is not happy about being in this position 250 times.
