3 rounds for time of:
21 KTE
1.5 pood (55#) KB swing, 21 reps
21 Push-ups
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
20 inch Box jump, 21 reps
21 Back extension
Walking lunge, 150 ft
The above is what was posted on the CF main site. Due to some equipment limitations and the fact that I don't want to measure out 150 ft, here are my subs:
I will sub 21 pull-ups for the 3 rope climbs - it's not the same in terms of vertical distance traveled, but I also won't be using my feet as I would if I were climbing a rope. Also, looking at the other movements, it seems that this WOD was designed to be fairly continuous, so I went with 21 reps in the hope that it would allow me to take as few breaks as possible (and it's in keeping with the other movements as far as reps go).
Each lunge is about 3 feet, so I will do 50 walking lunges instead of 150 ft. An additional bonus is that I can start these from the GHD (back extensions) and finish at the pull-up bar (KTE), again keeping this WOD as continuous as possible.
