This WOD was done at the Carroll Rec Center in Carroll, IA with my mom and dad. They both did yesterday's WOD (21 KTE, etc.), and did it with great intensity, I might add. As for myself, the pull-ups were great (new PR), the sit-ups were good, and the squats were good. The push-ups were bad. Some of that was due to the fact that I was moving to another location and setting up for my sit-ups at the same time, but overall they were just bad. Something to work on.
