10 rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups
Then spin.
Subs for pull-ups: Jumping pull-ups, gravitron, Smith-machine pull-ups, lat pull-downs
Due to ROM (range-of-motion) or impact issues, a burpee might not be the best option for some athletes. A possible substitution would be 1 push-up (regular or knees) and 1 squat for each prescribed burpee. If you go this route, do 12 push-ups followed by 12 squats. If ROM is an issue, squat down to an appropriately chosen box, bench, or something of the sort. Choose a standard and then measure your progress against it.
