Below is the WOD I wrote today for Christ the Rock's youth group. This was everyone's first time doing a CF-style workout, and they all did a fantastic job.

20 min AMRAP of:
10 Burpees
20 Box Jumps
30 Sit-ups
Run 100m

For my part, given my current wrist situation, I went for a 4 mile run when I woke up this morning. It was pretty sweet - I got to run through downtown Rice Lake and met my mom at the grocery store, where we picked up the goods to make cinnamon-and-sugar biscuits for breakfast.
