5 rounds for max reps of:
Push-ups
Pull-ups

Alternate exercises (push-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, etc.) and take some rest between sets. This is not a metcon and is not timed. Just as an example, when I did this WOD, I waited about a minute and a half between push-ups and pull-ups (and vice versa).
