25 Burpees
Row 750 meters
50 Burpees
Row 500 meters
75 Burpees
Then spin.

Me: 100 Pull-ups for time (this WOD was posted on the main CrossFit site about 2 weeks ago, so I've already done this one - I didn't want you guys to think I was missing out on this gem)
Kris - hit the backboard for each burpee (one hand will suffice).
Cara - we'll set up a ring (or something) for you to hit.
