Five rounds (for time) of:
25 2-pood KB swings (1.5 pood)
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
25 KTE

We won't ever do this one as a group since we only ever have one GHD (whether we're at NP or CHS). However, someone could do it on Saturday after the DLs/HSPUs instead of the C&Js/400m runs that I mentioned.

KB swings = Kettlebell swings (we actually do dumbbell swings)

Also, pood, as always, is a funny word.
1 pood = 16 kg (approx. = 35#)
1.5 pood = 24 kg (approx. = 55#)
2 pood = 32 kg (approx. = 70#)
