The originally-scheduled workout (below) was postponed until next week - perhaps Wednesday - but I'll leave it on the blog for now since I'm not ready to post WODs that far in advance. Instead, we did:

Shoulder Press
5 x 5

After that, we played around with pull-ups and then did the "Terrible Tens."

Sometime next week:
Run 1 mile
Then two minutes of each:
Row
30# DB Thrusters (20#)
30# DB Cleans (20#)
Double-unders
Pull-ups

The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run. Record total time and total reps plus calories (from row). The mile will be run outdoors - run to the light pole we used for the 800m repeats and then return. If both rowers are in use, the sub for today is burpees. Thrusters and Cleans (full, by the way) will be done near the DB racks (not in the gym). If the weight is unavailable, move up, not down.

We'll have to stagger this one a bit, but only on the order of 2-3 minutes. Unless you run a significantly faster mile than the person starting before you. And in that case, you should have figured that out beforehand and switched places. So there.
