KB swings = Kettlebell swings (we actually do dumbbell swings)

1 pood = 16 kg (approx. = 35#)
1.5 pood = 24 kg (approx. = 55#)
2 pood = 32 kg (approx. = 70#)

This one's brutal - and therefore I also lof it. Looking forward to the DOMS - I'm guessing Monday.

Also, DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
