I didn't get to the work I had planned. I wanted to work on some snatch drills from CalStrength, so I did that for a while and then took it up to a heavy snatch. My last few attempts were as follows:
165 x 1
175 x 1
185 x 1
I felt this was pretty good given all the leg stuff and 2 hour-ish bike ride on Thursday.
