Sit-ups were done by touching the ground in front of the DBs - that added a little to the time. Also, I had to break up the push-ups on rounds 4 and 5, so that's a bit unfortunate as I didn't have to break up the push-ups last time. Then again, I haven't done many push-ups in a while, so it's not surprising either.
