Many-much back-posting . . . Did this day's benching two days earlier on Tuesday.BS420 x 2420 x 1Stopped after that. Lifting heavy after traveling rarely goes well, but I'm also chalking this up to a pansy factor. Changed the deadlift plan to 415 x 2 EMOM for 10 minutes.Then Jacob and I did bicep curls. It was awesome. I haven't done those in a long time.
