Did this day's benching two days earlier on Tuesday.

Stopped after that. Lifting heavy after traveling rarely goes well, but I'm also chalking this up to a pansy factor.

Changed the deadlift plan to 415 x 2 EMOM for 10 minutes.

Then Jacob and I did bicep curls. It was awesome. I haven't done those in a long time.
