I threw the press in so that I could count it as a CF Total, which I haven't done in over 2 years. My (formerly) best and last CFT was 930, and today's total was 1085, so it was a 155# PR. Those were weights that I've done recently for either 3 x 5 (BS and press) or 1 x 5 (DL) . . . kind of funny. Highly satisfying.
