6 minutes of 25y sprints on :30, rest 3 minutes.
4 minutes of 25y sprints on :30, rest 2:00.
2 minutes of 25y sprints on :30.

Wish I had got triples on the last two sets, but still proud of the 5 at 152.2 because that whole set was such a grinder.

If lower back is the limiting factor which is causing my deadlift to be stuck, then this will cure it. These are something else.
