Squat:
135 x 4,4,4. Yes. I stink. I was turning tomato red by rep 4, and each one was painfully slow and difficult, so I was afraid I'd yoink my back or something so...I did 4 each time. Lame. BUT it still felt good to be squatting since I haven't in a while due to my ankle.
