I think the swimming is helping my ankle. Which makes me think maybe a brace hinders it. I'm not sure. I'm going to not wear the brace today, but bring it to work in case.
OMG I just compared these to the last time I did this WOD, and I did TERRIBLE today! MAYBE it's partially due to not pushing off the wall so much, and MAYBE due to not racing Becca this time, but SERIOUSLY??? Sheesh! Last time was 3/22/11 and I was about :05 faster on the 50's, about the same on the 100's, and :10 faster on the 200's! ARGH!
