My previous press PR was 162.5 for 3 reps - that was a 1, 2, and 3 rep PR. Now 162.5 is also my 4, 5, and 6 rep PR, and that was after doing two previous sets of 5 (which I did not do when I got 3 reps - I was doing 5-3-1 at the time). So . . . that's cool.
Also, today was easily the best my knee has felt. I was curious if running the 5k on Friday night would aggravate it at all - evidently not. I did a fair amount of mobility stuff on Saturday - running a 5k and then going to bed right away makes for some good tightness in the hammies and especially calves. To be more accurate, it's more likely that I was tight since I haven't done much running.
Ran the first two, got massive pain then left to go home..then pain left and I ran the last 4 at another track. Weird. =) See 5/18/11 for last time I did this...I did NOT do awesome today.
