Midnight Run - well, it started at 11:59 p.m. on Friday - close enough.

This is probably the first time I've ran anything over a mile in about 6 months. Going into it, I figured I'd be doing pretty well if I ended up with an 8:00/mile pace. My time worked out to about 7:38/mile, so I was pleasantly surprised. Eventually I'll work on getting that back under 7:00/mile . . . but not anytime real soon.

These times were weird. I was on a treadmill and all should have been progressively faster b/c the speed was but it was tricky to know exactly how long to run etc.
