We rested 1:30 between, so it was more like on the 8:00. Set 4 we didn't try to go fast, just worked on sighting.

I don't know if I'll keep that up, but I'm having the football guys do it, and I'd like to make sure I have some experience with it as well. At any rate, it's kind of fun.

I did the sprints after that - it was approximately 50 m outside in the back alley (50 large strides), so it was uphill. It was supposed to be 60 seconds rest between each one, so I just set my timer for 65 seconds and ran one sprint every time it went off . . . not that I have a 5-sec 50m time, but it was close enough.
