16.25# x 25 x 4 . . . still kind of fun.
I still have right elbow pain on bench . . . annoying. On squat, there was some great music playing on the second set, so I felt inspired to do 6 reps. There's good lifting music, and then there's BSB. You know what I'm talking about.
