Back was so tight and so weak, one work set was all I could muster.

Later:

5 RFT
Run 200M
7 - 115# HPS
10 - pushups

PR for slowness.
Feels like I need to eat more and sleep more. Luckily, those are my two favorite activites.

Press
145-5
145-5
145-8 (I think - don't have my book with me right now)

Back Squat
370-5
370-5
370-6

Did the volkswagen the next day - I forgot that doing it the same day as pressing wasn't exactly brilliant. When CF Football programs it, they program it with squat, but they toss out any pressing work completely that day. (Of course, as Monday's post will show, it didn't go so hot anyway)

Neck
17.5# x 25 x 4

But! I remembered to do the box jumps after squatting. Win.
