The tire slams were supposed to be 40# ball slams, but CHS doesn't have any yet. The tire part will be interesting - I'll have to slam it so that it lands flat, i.e., so that it doesn't bounce at a weird angle, e.g., into me.

I only hit myself once in the head - slightly jarring to the teeth.

First time deadlifting in a long time - a little sore today in the spinal erectors, but pretty decent overall.
