Push Press 4 x 4 45-5 95-5 135-3 165-2 ----- 195 x 4 x 3 195 x 5
I was very tired this morning and did not want to get out of bed, so this was nice.
Snatch DL 5 x 3 230 x 3 x 5
There was very little rest between the sets - about 30 seconds - since MSCL was about to start. I didn't videotape it, but I'm guessing my hips rose faster than my shoulders as a result of that fatigue. This, of course, kind of defeats the purpose of this exercise since it's really practice for the first pull . . . which I'm bad at . . . so I should have gone lighter.
Also, finished up FM pull-ups and HSPU - this week was 2 x 17 and 2 x 4.
I reset the number of sets for this week, and it was amazing. My lats didn't feel like they were screaming everytime I started another set of pull-ups. Very great.
