Clean and Jerk
185 x 1 x 6
That was a little more than 70%, but it was easy to set up.
Below Knee Clean from blocks (i.e., 2 45# bumpers on each side plus 1 35# bumper on each side puts it right below my knee)
190 x 6
2 downsides to using bumpers as blocks:
1. I feel the need to slow the descent when dropping the bar so I don't damage the sleeve of the bumper. I don't know if that's necessary, but I'd hate to be wrong.
2. They move and require adjustment about every 2 reps. This requires more deadlifting and just takes time.
Metcon
3:21
This is about 18 seconds faster than last time, which I find hard to believe. The runs felt very slow after the first round.
As usual, I used 2 down-backs on the "bball court plus 1 tile" for the 100m.
Correction - 185 was more than 72%.
The AMREAP metcon was done about 3 hours after the first workout.
KB Swings: 30
Push-ups: 47
Burpees: 20
All this was done on Monday instead of Tuesday since I'll probably be out of town most of Saturday, so hopefully I'll just stay a day ahead of schedule.

It was really an AMRAP 9. I spent the last minute trying to keep my heart from exploding. Possible I was too fast out of the gate on this one.
