Weight down 8 lbs. in this first 7 days of Paleo Challenge. Not expecting as dramatic results in next 7 days but liking so far!!

I'm not doing a specific 30 day challenge other than my own little rules. They are:

No t.v. unless I'm with someone else.

No sugar during the week (except naturally occurring). VERY limited grains during the week (i.e. if I'm eating at someone's house and they serve rice, just eat it).

"During the week" is defined as Sunday through Friday at 5:00 p.m. On the weekend, I can eat whatever I want.

Drink only water, coffee, tea, and milk at all times this month.

I need to check my results next week but so far I'm feeling better. It's crazy to me how eating this way makes everything work so much better!
