This was a long swim and pretty boring. I tried to do 100y of breast stroke every 10 minutes. But A) I'm not good at that and B) It didn't change things up that much. Overall the pace was 1:51/100y. That's close to my goal of 1:45/100y for a mile. But this was 2 miles...so I'm pretty sure I could hit my goal for one mile. Woot.

Big improvement. Get the downswing figured out to save my hands and I'll be at 200 in no time.
Played around with some lighter clean and jerks - haven't done that for awhile.

Smoked it - PR by 10 seconds or so I think. I think the strict KTEs have helped.

Done outside in 90 freakin degrees.
The time works out to something like a 5:30 mile pace. I'm quite sure my 400M course is not quite 400M.
