Today was my first time doing 5 x 3 with 5# for muscle-ups. There was plenty of time between sets, but it's still a PR. During some of this time, I organized the jump ropes, which are now stored (and labeled) on the wall of the weight room. I predict this organization will last for 24 hours. Nevertheless - for now - it's really quite lovely.

Today was my last day this week dong frequency method pull-ups at 8 x 10. Next up is 8 x 11. My swing set in the backyard is barely tall enough for me to do pull-ups (with my legs very bent), so that's nice. However, the construction - or rather, its aged state - makes me worry a bit (and the creaking and shifting).
