CFE Bike
4 x 2 miles holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 5sec in even/odd directions (if done outside). 2min recoveries.

3 full rounds, plus 30 DU's. T'was brutal. I can't even walk right so you can imagine the awesome form I showed in the Snatches...but whatever. OH, and I did all Snatch, no C&J. At one point when I was set up about to Snatch, I could see in my peripheral vision that my legs were literally shaking. Awesome.

I'd like to do this one again sometime when I'm not crippled.

Sets of 2 miles on trainer bike inside:

8:41 - 13.82 mph
7:55 - 15.61 mph
7:50 - 15.32 mph
7:47 - 15.42 mph

Not horrible, not amazing. I haven't been on the bike in a long time (on any consistent basis), AND I'm super duper sore, so...I'm happy with this for this day. Tomorrow will be interesting, I'm sure.

I started playing around with back flips and front flips (not that I can actually do them, but I used the high jump mats) - the front ones made me very dizzy . . . to the point where I started sweating and felt like I was going to throw-up. Kind of weird.
