I think I'm done with the milk for this year. I like the strength. I love the milk. I don't like looking fat. This morning, I decided that I'm at that point with my largest pants.
Last year at this time, I walked completely away from lifting and did straight Crossfit for 4-5 months. I didn't squat, press, or deadlift unless Crossfit called for it. In the process I lost strength and had to work from July to December to regain the lost ground.
This time around I'm going to adjust the diet to try and maintain this weight and I'm going to try and do more of a hybrid of primarily heavy lifting with more conditioning sprinkled in.
