I switched up the order so that any arm pain from squatting wouldn't affect my pressing. It might not be ideal, but I think it's a good setup for me for now.

My goal was to squat 400 before 2011 - goal accomplished. 3 x 5 would have been pretty sweet, but I was pretty happy to get that first set of 5 anyway, so it's a good start.
