I switched up the order so that any arm pain from squatting wouldn't affect my pressing. It might not be ideal, but I think it's a good setup for me for now.
Press 3 x 5 147.5 x 5 x 3
Back Squat 3 x 5 400-5 400-4 400-1
My goal was to squat 400 before 2011 - goal accomplished. 3 x 5 would have been pretty sweet, but I was pretty happy to get that first set of 5 anyway, so it's a good start.
Back Squat 45 x 5 95 x 5 125 x 5 145 x 2 ------- 165 x 3 165 x 2 165 x 1 This is better than last time, but was still discouraging. I have serious back pain and that's affecting this quite a bit.
