Later24" Box Jumps / Clapping Pushups10-19-28-37-46-55-64-73-82-91-107:40Did clapping pushups for the first half of the reps and regular pushups for the last half. The impact was bothing my shoulder.Just a few months ago, I couldn't do regular pushups.....so that's positive.
