So I did this in the wrong order. I did Row, Run, Burpee. My time was 19:09. Last time I did this (in the right order) was 2/23/09 and my time was 20:58 so...this was better. I'm not sure that the order would play a huge role but..maybe.

Compliment PR:

There is a woman who attends my gym on the same schedule that I do. I don't know her. I've never spoken to her. In my head, I call her "Coco". (Her gymbag which she carries every day is a Chanel bag.)

Towards the end of this workout, during box jumps, one foot slipped off the edge of the box. I went flying one direction and the box went the other direction. The following conversation ensued:

Coco: Are you OK?
Me: Yep. Just looked dumb.
Coco: Oh, not at all.
Coco: Are you training for something or is this just your normal workout program thing?
Me: It's just what I do.
Coco: Well you train very hawd.
Me: Thanks.
