The last rep was the best in terms of butt back, hamstrings engaged, get the bounce out of bottom. Be consistent with that and gravity will no longer beat me.

It beats my last attempt by 1 rep, so that's good. I think I could have got 4 reps, maybe even 5, but rep 3 started to get loose, and I didn't want to be stupid.
