CFE work
Did Week 1 homework and then the 2 x 5 and 5 x 1 intervals at Buffett Middle School. Wasn't able to practically keep track of distance, but I did use my metronome for the first time. Kept it between 90-96 bpm. Hamstrings were definitely tired, and the distances I did cover (especially for the 5 minute intervals) wasn't so hot.

Last time I squatted I was at 135 x 5 for 3 sets. That was July 14th ish...
Didn't press...felt it wasn't going to be worth it. I messed around with some L sits instead. Very exciting since I've never actually DONE an L sit. I've only done "h" sits. Woot!
Then 2 hours later we did some CFE running drills then:
2 sets of 5 minutes of running, rest 2 minutes between. Then 5 sets of 1 minute of running then :30 rest between.
