Attempted my 1 hour run today instaed of yesterday. I was planning to leave at 8:30 but instead started at about 9:45. Way too hot. Long story short, I ran about 39 minutes out of 53 total. Actually ended up sitting in the shade three different times because I felt so bad. Not an awesome experience.

Later that same day:

400M Walking Lunges

As I did it, the workout was 400 yards of walking lunges followed by walking 100 yards followed by realizing that meters and yards are not the same thing and that I did not go far enough followed by the last 40 yards of walking lunges in order to complete the workout.

The time may be shorter than it normally would be because of the rest before my metric awakening.
