List of subs: Muscle-ups -- subbed 4 100# pulldowns for each MU.
TTB -- did KTE for the first round, leg lifts for last 4 rounds.
So really, I did a workout that was only a faint resemblance to what was prescribed.....
On a good note, the OHS and the few KTE were the first time I've done anything that puts significant torque on my shoulder since my last injury at the beginning of July. It was promising.
