Break the 30 reps into sets of 5 - change positions (to the other side of the bar) every 5 reps. The cleans may be power cleans, and the jerks can be done as either push or split jerks.

All this was done in just under an hour, so I was moving. I would have liked to take a bit longer of a break before the metcon, but I needed to get out of there.
I'm blaming my pull-ups on the fact that I was still wearing my weightlifting shoes. I'm sure they add 20 pounds. Possibly 30.
