The 250 attempt was a "What the heck - why not?" type of deal. I didn't miss the 245 clean by much (got it to the rack, but couldn't quite keep it there).

My last round of wall ball 2-fer-1s was definitely the fastest - I finally got the rhythm.

Metcon time was 10:38 but I used only a whopping 6# ball. Sheesh.
