The 190 episode was just pure stupidity. If I was coaching a lifter, I never would have let him do that. I should have stopped at 3 attempts, but I didn't. There's no negative physical effects from it (yet, I suppose, but I don't expect there to be - most of my problems are technical anyway), but it was still not intelligent. On the plus side, attempts 2 and 3 were close (3 was very close)
Clean and Jerk 185 x 1 x 5 EMOM
Did day 2 of CFE Week 2 HW with Kiley about a half hour later.
Other note (got caught up in the 190 stuff): After Wednesday's squat, bench, heavy metcon, and CFE interval run (20 x 10:5 uphill) and then Thursday's CFE drills and interval run, my body felt pretty shot coming into today's lifting, so . . . hitting 185 again was really a good thing, and it was a solid lift (which, of course, is why I took so many attempts at 190, sigh).

One of these days I'm going to convince myself that all my numbers are actually in kilograms. That would be a sweet delusion.
