Max reps front squat - load is 85% of front squat max
I originally thought this would be significantly faster - otherwise, I wouldn't have recorded it. Clearly, the incredibly sweet socks didn't have the effect I desired. Oh well. The blame lies with me - not the socks. The socks are still incredibly sweet. Also, as cool as New Kids on the Block are, mid-workout was a poor time for "Cover Girl" to show up. You can't tell from the video, but I was very annoyed.

215 isn't a clean PR, but I think it's a jerk PR, and it's definitely a clean and jerk PR, so that's good. At 225, I missed the first clean and then I missed the jerks on the next two attempts. Attempt 2 was close.

285-1 (PR, I think)
295-1 PR
305-1 PR (also, bumper "pretty weights)
310-f
It was fun to get 305. 310 was not even close.
Max reps front squat at 85% of 1 RM.
85% of 305 = approx 260
260-7
Today was a pretty good day. I set a clean and jerk PR, my front squat max went up 30# from the last time I tested it (8 or 9 weeks ago), and my 85% reps were done at 260# instead of 235# (which was the 85% from 8 or 9 weeks ago), and I got 7 reps @ 260# compared to 6 reps at 235#.
Also, in a nod to history, I took a picture of the bumper "pretty weights." Reminds me of the good ol' days.
