It should have been a rest day, but I ended up doing a Tabata Run at Urban Active.

Tabata Run
8 x 20:10 at 12% incline at Urban Active

Intervals 1-6 @ 6:53 min/mile
Interval 7 @ 6:48 min/mile
Interval 8 @ 6:44 min/mile

Interval 8 started at 6:48 min/mile, but I ramped it up to 6:44 min/mile within the first 2 sec.

6:53 min/mile for the whole thing would have been a PR, so this was definitely a PR.

The speed settings were 8.7, 8.8, and 8.9 mph.
